Participation and Eligibility Requirements

You are under no obligation to purchase, but in order to receive this promotional package you must attend a 2-hour Vacation Ownership presentation of the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 at the scheduled appointment time and date on your confirmation letter. If you do not know your appointment date or time, please call 888 783 8883 ext. 3046.

If you are married and/or in a committed relationship (you make financial decisions together), both partners must attend the sales presentation together. Regardless of marital status, guests must earn a household income of at least $60,000 annually and own a home. Proof of income and home ownership may be required.

By accepting this promotional package, you have confirmed that you meet the above requirements. If you take advantage of this package and do not meet these requirements, you agree to pay the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 the full retail rate of your promotional package. One promotional gift is available per family every 12 months and only one gift is available per group or family traveling together.

Peak 7 L.L.C. is an equal opportunity lender. Anyone may purchase a Vacation Ownership at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, but only those meeting the above requirements are eligible to receive a promotional gift package from the Grand Lodge on Peak 7.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
You have 72 hours from the time you book your promotional package to cancel for a full refund.

Overnight Stays: The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 utilizes many partner properties for our promotional guests. You will find your lodging location in this confirmation packet. We can not accommodate pets for any of our promotional packages.

Breck Inn packages: If you need to change your arrival and/or tour date(s), you must call the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 at least 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in day to reschedule without penalty. No reschedules are allowed within 14 days of your arrival. You will need a new arrival date in order to reschedule your package. Please call 888 783 8883 ext. 3046 to make any changes.

Lodging Partner packages (including Beaver Run, River Mountain Lodge, Resort Quest, Great Divide Lodge or other): If you need to change your arrival and/or tour date(s), you must call the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 at least 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in day to reschedule without penalty. No reschedules are allowed within 30 days of your arrival. You will need a new arrival date in order to reschedule your package. Please call 888 783 8883 ext. 3046 to make any changes. Please note – if you change your package, including arrival date, your rates may be subject to change. Presentation tours can not be scheduled on the same day as arrival.

Breckenridge is in a high alpine environment; therefore we do not allow reschedules due to weather conditions.

If you do not arrive at your hotel accommodations and/or your scheduled presentation tour on your scheduled date, you agree to pay the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 the full retail rate of your promotional package. If you utilize the accommodations and/or gifts but do not attend the presentation tour of the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, you agree to pay the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 the full retail rate of your promotional package. Your promotional package is non-negotiable and non-transferable and valid only for persons who accept these conditions.
